• UK delivery 2-5 working days.
• We aim to ship your order out within 2 working days on a next day tracked delivery. 
• If you require your order for a certain date please call us and we can advise if this is possible.
• Due to stock allocation your order may arrive from 2 separate couriers on separate days
• Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles may incur an additional shipping fee.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Ings Pet Store guarantee, that if for any reason you have received a faulty or incorrect product, you can return it to us in its original condition, with all original packaging and labels intact, within 14 days of the date that you received the item.

Send the item in its original condition and original packaging with labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note: We can only refund you for unopened and unused items with tags and labels undamaged and attached in their original state. Any missing or used items, along with any item not in the original packaging with original labels attached will remain chargeable.

Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and/or the incorrect item to that which was ordered.

The definition of a ‘defective product/item’ shall be at the company’s discretion.’ All goods returned should be sent to us using a Tracked and Signed For service to the address shown below. We can not accept liability for products that are lost in transit.
